This was the most challenging project I’ve had to do for the Odin Project so far. And the most fun! The main goal was to create a fixed area for a canvas where the user could choose how many grids would be in that canvas and then mouse over the grid and have the background change colors.

If we wanted to be extra, we could chose one or both of the following:

  • Have the grids go from white to black in ten mouse overs
  • Randomize the color of the grids on mouse over

Of course, me being the extra person that I am, I chose to do both. In fact, inspired by the projects completed by other students I did a lot more than that.
